Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Gro (the “Service”), operated by INSTRAT Technology ApS(“INSTRAT360”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Gro is priced in credits, not seats. New accounts start with free credits. Credit-bearing actions — such as dataset builds, training runs, evaluations and deployments — consume credits only when the job completes successfully; a failed launch is not charged. Purchased credit packs are consumed as you use the Service and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once spent.

You retain all rights to the data you bring and to the models you train. You own the weights. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and process your content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the data you upload and for using the resulting models lawfully.

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or build systems whose purpose is prohibited under applicable regulation, including the EU AI Act. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory EU consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, INSTRAT Technology ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Privacy & data settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the competent Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions? Contact ale@instrat360.com.
